Employment is a key element in societies for overcoming poverty and for achieving development and social inclusion, which determines in significant part the relationships between people. 

 

This desired situation is far from the reality in many parts of the region, particularly in rural areas, as we saw earlier. Over time, some agencies have placed emphasis on promoting progress in the dimensions of income, stability and social and labor protection associated with jobs, although dimensions such as social integration and personal development should not be overlooked. In any case, stable, well-paid and protected jobs tend to be concentrated in certain territories, to the detriment of others that accumulate labor precariousness. 

 

We hope that all this will strengthen the reflection and serve to formulate strategies and actions aimed at closing the territorial gaps in terms of the generation of quality jobs, contributing to the challenge of achieving a region with greater territorial cohesion.

Workforce

As a contribution to the government’s efforts to generate decent employment, our mission is to employ men and women heads of households, technicians and professionals who, by joining forces, will indirectly generate employment in the different regions around the world.

The expansion of niche producers of fruits, vegetables, meats, tilapia, will be giving the opportunity of employment to neighbors of farms, ranches, villages, creating social awareness that the field has all the strength to generate the wealth that individuals and families need to meet the basic needs, not met by the state, or the families themselves.

This grows income generating sources and therefore a better quality of life for society.

Market Research

With a degree of acceptance of 80.25%, the population accepts the establishment of the fruit, vegetable and meat marketing and processing company, one hundred percent natural, which guarantees the investors the establishment of the company in the short term. 

 

With a level of 81% approval by the surveyed sample, the consumption of fruit, vegetables and meat is guaranteed, allowing the company to produce and market fruits, vegetables and meat, ensuring that they will be in high demand, providing greater security and confidence for the establishment of the company. A price study was carried out for fruit, vegetables and meat, based on the supply and demand of the product in the unsatisfied market, with which it was concluded that the target population accepts the price ranges that were established for the acquisition of the products to be offered.

 

The competition was analyzed, where it was concluded that the fruit, vegetables and meat marketed in the stores inside the market place represent an unsatisfied demand of eighty percent; ratifying the viability for the assembly of the commercializing and processing company of the products. It was determined that the optimal size of the commercialization of these products, for the first five years of life will be designed in the point of optimal location of the company is in the industrial zone as a factory point, this because it is a wide place, it is the central point of the market. 

 

Processes and process flow diagrams were elaborated, so that the operators can have a guide for the elaboration of these. The type of machinery to be used for the elaboration of the different phases was determined; due to its characteristics, capacity and price, it is feasible and profitable for such investment. As for the human resources, it will be necessary to have several operators with qualified experience; and in the administrative part, more detailed below.
